Do i need a Travel Adapter or a transformer for my laptop?

i’m traveling to europe next week and the input on my charger is 100-240 volts so would i need a travel adapter or a transformer. Do they have those in 3 prong plugs. by the way if i buy one of those will it fry my computer.
