Do I need an outlet adapter for Thailand?

I am from Canada and am wondering if I need to buy an outlet adapter to plug in things like a camera or ipod while I’m down there? We use the standard 2 flat pronged outlets

Yup, you do!
America (inc. Canada) has flat pin plugs, Europe has round pin plugs. Thailand has both….Mostly flat pin plugs, but not always. You can by adapter plugs most anywhere. Thailand has 220 V, 50 Hz, so you might need an adapter for that was well.
