Making A Cupcake Shaped Cushion/Pillow?

I want to make a cushion for my friend for christmas, as we call her cupcake, and dont know how to go about making the shape etc. Is there anywhere i can find a patter or guide for this?
I want it to be at least 25cm tall, so rather large.

I would simply create your own pattern, it’s far more personal if you made the pattern yourself as well. Just research pictures of cupcakes and 2d clip art pictures of them as well. They are very easy to do. While cherries are usually depicted on cupcakes, it’s not necessary and you could use long beads stitched into the “frosting” as sprinkles.
