can i get a supply for my attic from a double plug socket in a room below if i connect it to a 2 way consumer?

unit in the attic,then fit correct mcb’s and create 2 different cicuits ? would this work all thats needed in the attic is 1 light 1 switch and 2 double plug sockets .

No! you’ll burn your friggin house down. It never ceases to amaze me the risks some people will take to save money. stop being an idiot and get a qualified electrician in. you also run the risk of invalidating your house insurance(assuming you weren’t too mean too take out cover).
